Jyan-Shiu Lu (Lancelot Lu) is a scholar of public administration, public policy, and AI governance. He received his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, an M.P.A. from Michigan State University, and an LL.B. from the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University.
His academic and research experience includes university teaching, departmental leadership, public affairs education, and policy research. His current research focuses on artificial intelligence and government governance, public administration theory, public values, accountability, and the institutional transformation of the public sector.
盧建旭（Jyan-Shiu Lu；Lancelot Lu）為公共行政、公共政策與人工智慧治理領域學者。取得美國南加州大學公共行政博士、密西根州立大學公共行政碩士，以及國立臺灣大學政治學系法學士。
其學術與研究經歷涵蓋大學教學、系務主管、公共事務教育與政策研究。目前研究重點包括人工智慧與政府治理、公共行政理論、公共價值、課責，以及公共部門的制度轉型。
