His academic and research experience spans university teaching, academic administration, policy research, and international public affairs. His current research focuses on artificial intelligence and government governance, public administration theory and paradigm reconstruction, public values and accountability, and the institutional transformation of government in the AI era.
盧建旭（Lancelot Lu；Jyan-Shiu Lu）長期從事公共行政、公共政策與治理研究。美國南加州大學公共行政博士（D.P.A.）、密西根州立大學公共行政碩士（M.P.A.），以及國立臺灣大學政治學系法學士。
